The Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, established in 2008, is dedicated to producing competent engineers in the fields of electrical and electronics engineering. With rapid advancements in technology—especially in digital electronics, power systems, and automation—the department ensures that students stay aligned with modern industry demands.

The department is supported by a team of highly qualified and dynamic faculty members and is equipped with state-of-the-art laboratory facilities. Students are encouraged to undertake innovative projects, industrial training, and internships. Laboratories

The department provides extensive practical exposure through well-equipped laboratories:

1. Basic Electrical Engineering Lab: Study of DC machines, transformers, induction motors, R-L-C circuits, energy meters, and lighting systems.

2. Energy Conversion & Devices Lab: Testing of generators, transformers, alternators, and induction motors.

3. Electrical Machine Lab: Performance testing of DC machines, transformers, and induction motors using standard methods.

4. Network & Devices Lab: Verification of network theorems, transient analysis, filter circuits, and spectral analysis.

5. Control & Instrumentation Lab: Experiments on control systems, PID controllers, sensors, and measurement bridges.

6. Power Electronics Lab: Study of SCR, TRIAC, MOSFET, inverters, rectifiers, and voltage controllers.

7. Power System Lab: Analysis of alternators, insulation testing, and power system parameters.

8. Electrical & Electronics Measurement Lab: Measurement techniques using bridges, potentiometers, CRO, and energy meters.

9. Project Laboratory: Equipped with tools and systems required for final-year project development.
