The Central Library of the Institute, equipped with a Digital Library facility, is located on the ground floor of the main building. It houses a rich collection of over 18,000 textbooks and reference books, along with 25 national and international journals and periodicals. The library also provides a wide range of technical magazines and newspapers to support the academic and intellectual development of students. The library features a spacious reading hall with a seating capacity of 120, along with dedicated reference sections and a circulation counter. It also offers newspapers and magazines for casual reading. The circulation system is in the process of being automated using barcoded books and identity cards.

- Library Hours: 9:15 AM to 5:00 PM
- Circulation Hours: During the lunch timing of respective student batches
Library Card :
Each student is issued a Library Card at the beginning of the academic session, valid for the
entire year. This card maintains a record of books borrowed and returned. Library cards are also
issued to staff members for tracking their transactions.
Duplicate Card Fee (in case of loss/damage): ₹10/-
Circulation Section :
This section handles the issue and return of books and reading materials. Records are maintained both manually and through computerized systems.
Reference Section :
Students can access books for reading within the reference section by depositing their identity card. Reprographic (photocopy) facilities are available at a subsidized cost for the benefit of readers.

| 03 | Personal belongings are not allowed inside the Library. |
| 04 | Silence must be strictly maintained. |
| 05 | Seating arrangements should not be disturbed. |
| 06 | Books must not be damaged, folded, or mishandled. |
| 07 | Reproduction or tracing of materials requires prior permission from the Librarian. |
| 08 | All issued materials must be returned in good condition before leaving. |
| 09 | Periodicals, journals, dictionaries, and encyclopedias are for reference use only.. |
| 10 | Borrowers are responsible for checking the condition of books before issue; any damage will be charged accordingly. |
| 11 | Members with overdue books or pending fines cannot borrow new materials. |
| 12 | Re-issue of books requires physical presentation and is subject to demand. |
| 13 | The Librarian reserves the right to recall any issued book. |
| 14 | Violation of rules may lead to suspension of library membership. |
| 15 | Pets are strictly not allowed inside the library premises. |
